- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams .
- Produce high-quality video content, including editing, motion graphics, and animation, for promotional videos, advertisements, social media content
- Design compelling graphics, illustrations, and visual elements
- Utilize industry-standard software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity and brand aesthetic across all content and channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video editing, motion graphics
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize visual content performance based on analytics and feedback, iterating on strategies to improve engagement and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design
- Video Production and Video Editing and Videography.
- Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics skills
- Graphics skills
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
