Our client is the foremost commercial bank in Nigeria. Due to expansion they are in need of a Technical Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) to provide comprehensive support and facilitate the effective management of operations. Location: Lagos Job Responsibilities

  • Provide highlevel administrative support to the Managing Director including managing schedules organizing meetings and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends competitive landscape and strategic initiatives to inform decisionmaking processes.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects ensuring alignment with the bank s strategic goals and timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Prepare reports presentations and briefing materials for the MD ensuring accuracy and clarity in the information presented.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings including the preparation of agendas minutes and followup on action items.
  • Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality of all materials related to the MD s office.
  • Provide operational support by coordinating with various departments to facilitate the efficient execution of the banks strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance or a relevant field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Banking Industry experience is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong analytical skills and problemsolving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the banking sector Education Degree in business or relevant field, professional certification preferred.
