Junior Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities: To prepare tender bids for submission on time. Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets. Review and understand all drawings and specifications. Monitor project costs to ensure objectives of the project are achieved in accordance with building contract law; ensure compliance with standards. Responsible for coordination with contractors, suppliers, and other parties. Handle pre or post-tender procurement which includes sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and trade contractors. Tabulate and evaluate price comparison and costing summary. Handle project administration and documentation, including preparation of sub-contracts, Variation Orders, etc. Prepare cost analysis and cost reduction strategies to enhance overall project value. Job Requirements: Construction experience. Resourceful and sensitive to numerical data. Experience in participating in full interior fit-out projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
