RequirementsExperience with Windows 10 / 11 and MAC OSAvailability for after-hours telephone supportEnsure all tickets are closed within Customer's internal approved SLAInstall, configure, and troubleshoot all hardware, software, and network printersAssist & maintain wired LAN and wireless networksManage Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)Manage Microsoft Intune, application packagingDeployment of Windows Operating System and applicationsResponsible for coordinating with other entities for setting up virtual meetingsEvaluate and understand new products for training purposesProvide support, guidance, and assistance to Junior Technical Support Engineers or Technical Support EngineersAbility to maintain excellent customer service rapportAny other duties which may be requested by Technical Support Manager or ManagementHardware skills with Dell Technologies client hardware (laptops, desktops, and workstations)SkillsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement (BA in IT, CS, CE)ITIL or other certifications4-5 years minimum experienceAdvanced knowledge and troubleshooting skills
