Financial Planning & Analysis:Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.Reporting & Compliance:Lead preparation of annual financial statements.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.Oversee resolution of issues with external auditors.Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.Operational Finance:Support in AR/AP issue resolution.Development of reports in relation to AR & AP.Provide insights on cash flow, payment trends, and collections performance.Oversee cash flow management and optimize working capital.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Implement best practices for automation and technology integration in financial processes.Support in system implementation & migration.SkillsQualifications/Experience:10 years+ experienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Strong understanding of financial principles, reporting, and compliance.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication abilities.
