The Opportunity
Lead a group of passionate solid waste professionals across all of Trace. Grow and further develop the solid waste practice.
Responsibilities
Support and mentor a passionate and committed team of professionals.
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, regulators, suppliers, and peers.
Enhance Trace's reputation.
Lead Project Managers with planning and implementing detailed design and permitting projects, budgeting and budget management, ensuring quality of services and client satisfaction.
About You and Your Qualifications
A minimum of 10+ years of experience in consulting engineering.
Status as a Professional Engineer.
Knowledge of current solid waste regulations in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia.
Health, safety, and wellness are critical to you.
You are positive, humble, caring, genuine, and trustworthy.
You enjoy work-life balance and being a part of a people-focused company.
You are organized, adaptable, and have a passion for consistently delivering outstanding work.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software packages.
A good understanding of grading, site layout, site servicing, and stormwater management.
A strong conceptual and detailed design background.
Exceptional report writing and verbal communication skills.
