Years of Experience Min. 3-5 years’ experience Job Purpose Product Delivery Owner works closely with Product owner or a Digital Delivery lead as part of squad owning end to end ownership of product roadmap deliveries end to end. Platform Delivery Owner supports PO/Delivery lead right from backlog grooming, BRS/FRS, user story creation, UX/UI and finally delivery of feature for Digital Acquisition The role has the responsibility of working with relevant cross functional teams in Digital Delivery, IT, Sales, Marketing product managers as well as external support agencies for end to end delivery of initiatives and meeting Digital Acquisition KPIs. Familiarity with Acquisition strategies, basic sales / logistics operations, and ability to balance technology will be critical for this role. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Make our digital Prepaid propositions visible across all digital properties using both organic as well as paid media. Ensure lead generation at the lowest cost while maximizing volume.
- Develop and define user stories / items and acceptance criteria from the feature and capability roadmap for Digital Payments
- Ensure payments journeys are best in class with continuous improvement and innovation
- Responsible for UI/UX, Digital journey design including active A/B testing
- Lead generation initiatives on digital assets (pre to post etc)
- Rank and prioritize items and add them to the team backlog for sprint development, and making them ready for dev for each sprint
- Create final release plan with all deliverables against defined user stories and acceptance criteria and obtain PO/Delivery lead approvals as well as functional lead approvals
- Day to Day manage sprint delivery to avoid any slippages and blockers for effective functioning of squad
- Run daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint retro and /all squad cadences as agreed with squad members
- Understanding of Technical architecture for the platform
- Structured and Ad-hoc data analysis and in sighting to understand customer behavior
- Work with Digital Marketing Specialist, Digital Delivery, Digital IT, Prepaid Product/ Segments/ Brand and support teams from external agencies to deliver on all Prepaid sales related initiatives on our digital assets with ownership of end to end delivery
- KPIs: Prepaid Sales via digital lead generation, Cost per lead, order, activation, digital journey digital KPis – such conversions (traffic to order), bounce rate, time on page, SEO etc.
- Strong knowledge and understanding on digital lead funnel management, UI/UX and analytics
