Department: Human Resource Designation: Senior HR Executive (Recruitment) Detailed Roles & Responsibilities Lead End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions across various departments. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Oversee the full recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate evaluations, and offer negotiations. Ensure timely and efficient hiring processes while maintaining the quality of candidates. Responsible smooth Joining process until the on-boarding starts. External Recruitment Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sourcing partners to support talent acquisition efforts. Collaborate with external partners to ensure access to high-quality candidates. Evaluate and recommend recruitment agencies based on performance and hiring needs Employee Relations and Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Mediate and resolve employee conflicts or disputes in a professional and timely manner. Offer continuous support to employees regarding their career development, grievances, and workplace issues. Employee Engagement and Morale: Foster a positive and engaging work environment by supporting initiatives that promote employee morale, engagement, and well-being. Plan and execute team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives. Design and implement employee engagement programs and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and address concerns. Retention and Talent Development: Develop and implement strategies to retain top talent, reduce turnover, and ensure the long-term growth of key employees. Work on career development programs that support employees' aspirations and align them with organizational needs. Design and implement career development initiatives, ensuring a clear career progression for employees. Employee Feedback and Surveys: Regularly conduct employee satisfaction surveys, feedback initiatives, and engagement programs to understand employee needs and concerns. Act on feedback to improve policies, work culture, and overall employee experience. Information Security Related Responsibilities Handle assigned assets securely and maintain confidentiality of credentials. Report any data loss, potential breaches, or unauthorized access promptly. Comply with DynaTech IT&IS policies and participate in Cyber Security awareness training. Ensure responsible usage of access rights and follow security protocols in daily tasks. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proven experience in recruiting for mid and senior-level roles across multiple departments.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mediate conflicts and resolve employee issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement and retention programs.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRMS, ATS, Performance Management Systems).
