Telesales Executive

Sales - Outbound (Call Centre & Customer Service) Armani Media Sdn Bhd founded Entrepreneur Insight provides focused coverage on the world of entrepreneurship and small-medium enterprises. We are the organiser for PIPDA (Property Insight Prestigious Developer Awards), AHBA (Asia Halal Brand Awards) and 100 MIYE (The 100 Most Influential Young Entrepreneurs Awards). We are looking to hire a talented Sales Executive (Telesales) who has experience in the Awards industry to join our team. Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holders in Business studies or related field.
• Language proficiency: English and Mandarin.
• 1 - 2 years working experience, preferably with Branding or Awards background.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of people within and outside the organization.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and capable of organizing resources, delivering presentations, and coordinating project work.

• Seeking out prospective clients across all platforms, conducting industry research, generating leads, visiting, cold calling, and networking.
• Identifying potential Sales Clients, Young Entrepreneurs, such as Decision Makers and Business Owners across industry sectors.
• Bringing nominations and setting up meetings with potential clients virtually or through sales visits.
• Proposing and presenting Branding packages to clients.
• Closing deals/contracts and providing good after-sales service to clients.
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and networking meetings.
• Coordinating with team members to deliver deals and achieve better results.
• Increasing sales revenue and achieving sales targets as well as on-time collections.
