Regulatory Affairs and Law Officer

Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices (Healthcare & Medical) Full time

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards within the industry.
• Review and interpret regulatory requirements and provide guidance to internal teams.
• Prepare and submit necessary regulatory filings, applications, and documents.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and maintain relationships with legal representatives.
• Advise senior management on legal and regulatory matters and potential risks.
• Monitor changes in regulations and legislation to keep the organization compliant.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct internal audits and investigations to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that reflect regulatory and legal requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
• Years of experience in regulatory affairs, legal compliance, or a related area.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to the industry (e.g., healthcare, pharmaceuticals, finance, etc.).
• Strong understanding of legal documentation and contractual law.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with regulatory bodies and legal teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
