Position: Plant Head HR / IR Job Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra Exp 16- 20 Years Industry: Automotive / Automobile Plant Head of HR will be responsible for leading and managing all human resources functions Responsibilities: Industrial Relations : Lead the collective bargaining efforts with the unionized workforce, focusing on enhancing productivity while maintaining a constructive industrial relations environment. Employee Relations : Cultivate positive relationships with employees through clear communication, conflict resolution, and engagement programs, promoting a harmonious workplace atmosphere. Talent Management : Oversee the Talent Review and Succession Planning processes for key roles within the plant, ensuring that critical positions are filled with qualified individuals. Compliance and Policy Management : Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, regularly reviewing and updating HR policies and practices as necessary. Corporate Social Responsibility : Collaborate with stakeholders to implement CSR initiatives that align with corporate guidelines and meet community needs. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 16 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.
