Responsibilities: Brand Awareness & Engagement: Develop an overall brand building and lead generation strategy for each brand/clinic, to drive awareness and obtain qualified sales leads for conversion thereafter. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Design marketing strategies including designing landing pages, copywriting, email marketing, and remarketing campaigns to drive effective digital marketing campaigns that produce results on different marketing channels (e.g. Google, YouTube, Tik Tok, Facebook etc) to promote our products and services. Market Research: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour to inform marketing strategies and improve performance. Implement SEO Strategies: Utilize SEO/SEM best practices to optimize our digital presence and manage online campaigns. Track performance using tools such as Google Analytics, and make data-driven decisions to enhance ROI. Cross-brand Collaborations: Work closely with appointed external agencies, freelancers, media owners, event partners to ensure marketing plans and/or campaign/project are well executed to achieve effective results and high-quality timely delivery. Event Planning: Plan and manage events from end-to-end, which includes conferences, seminars, workshops, corporate meetings, webinars & networking events. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions: Drive communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution. Conceptualize, plan, and implement marketing promotions, campaigns, and activations to boost clinic sales. Execute Marketing Plans Within Budget: Plan and manage the marketing budget for customer acquisition campaigns and ensuring the KPI and ROI are met. Reporting and Analysis: Set up and track analytics to measure the marketing performance and track various trends, statistics, and performance goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare sector. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at a time. Creative and has the ability to problem solve and develop innovative marketing strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams. Team-oriented player with ability to get things done quickly. Good project management and time management skills. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
