We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to serve as Director of Engineering, reporting directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 8 years in engineering leadership roles. The role requires a strong technical background, proven expertise in building enterprise SaaS products, and a track record of launching scalable solutions in diverse, cross-border environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead engineering teams across MERN stack and Flutter to deliver innovative SaaS solutions with an enterprise focus. Define and implement engineering strategies aligned with business goals and industry standards like SOC2 and ISO certifications. Drive the adoption of blockchain technologies, including Verifiable Credentials, ensuring secure and scalable implementations. Establish and drive the adoption of AI solutions, integrating cutting-edge tools and techniques to enhance product capabilities and operational efficiencies. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of WebRTC WebSockets, and Synapse enabled applications. Ensure successful management of multiple production-grade apps with cross-border use cases. Champion AI-driven features such as vector search and intelligent automation to improve user experiences and operational outcomes. Build and manage diverse, high-performing teams, including remote and overseas developers, designers, and architects. Foster a collaborative, innovative engineering culture, focusing on delivering excellence under tight deadlines and leveraging AI to boost team productivity. Implement robust DevOps practices, AI-powered testing, and automated workflows to streamline operations and accelerate time-to-market. Ensure engineering processes adhere to compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO), facilitating certifications and audits for monitoring and reporting. Collaborate closely with the product and business teams to ensure alignment and customer-centric development. Act as a key technical advisor to the leadership team, contributing to strategic decisions. Proven experience in managing on-shore and off-shore teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
