PRINT PRODUCTION MANAGER

WORKING VENUE - PASIR PANJANG PRINT PRODUCTION MANAGER

• Manage day to day print production operations including scheduling, resources and workflow.
• Ensure that all print production processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to resolve any issue or challenges that may arise.
• Develop and implement best practices and new processes to increase efficiency/quality.
• To report regular updates to the creative heads with regards to the particular project.
• To follow strict instructions from creative team on specific requirement on each project to ensure the desired result.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners in the print industry both in Singapore and oversea.
• Manage budget and timelines.
• To attend and be punctual in meetings.

• Proficient in spoken and written English/Mandarin.
• 10 years experience in the print production industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, printing techniques or related field.
• Proficient with print production software and technology.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent in negotiation and communication.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
