About the job Dynamics 365 Presales ConsultantITC WORLDWIDE is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Presales Consultant.ITC Worldwide offers Microsoft Experienced & Certified comprehensive technical and functional support Services for all Microsoft enterprise technologies, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365 across the cloud, hybrid, and on-premises. Includes around the clock problem resolution, proactive advisory services, onsite support, and add-on services to customize your support experience.As a Dynamics 365 Presales Consultant, you will work closely across various verticals such as product development, sales and marketing, and customer relations. Your job will also include understanding the customers' needs and pitching the company's products as suitable solutions. You will also be required to actively observe customer behavior and predict future needs for product development.About you8-15 years of experience working with the sales team to achieve the assigned sales targets through new customer acquisition and sales to existing customers.Solution Knowledge: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations with a minimum of 5 years implementation/presales experience in D365 Cloud Platform. MB310/330/700.Preferred Education: B.E., B. Tech, MBA or (CA/CFA/CPA).Good presentation and English communication skills.Experience in translating customer requirements, providing solutions, preparing documents/proposals, estimating efforts, and planning projects.Ability to work as an Individual Contributor.Travel is Mandatory; US-B1 (existing); Schengen (C) - required.What you need to do:Product Positioning: Decide which product to position in each account to meet customer requirements and win the sale.Product Demonstrations and Proof of Concept Presentations: Present the product convincingly to prospects and build their confidence in its capabilities.Product Expertise and Updates: Continuously learn new modules, identify add-on solutions, and stay updated on product enhancements.Effort Estimation: Collaborate with the team to estimate implementation services and prepare project plans.Project Plans: Develop project plans and initial workshop schedules until handover to the Project Consultant.Requests for Proposals: Assist the sales team in responses to RFPs and tender documents.Project Handover: Conduct handover meetings covering project details, contract commercials, and project plans.Project Transition: Ensure smooth transition to the Project Team, preparing the customer for the project.Project Scope Reviews: Attend steering committee meetings and engage in discussions about scope changes.Change Requests and Additional Requirements: Work with the Account Consultant to propose additional work post-implementation.Customer Escalations: Assist delivery and sales teams in handling customer escalations.
