Provide personalized assistance and product recommendations based on their needs and interests.Collect and address customer feedback regarding their shopping experience, product quality, and service.Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay insights to management.Oversee and manage food testing events or product samples, ensuring that customers are informed about the offerings and any special features.Inform customers about current promotions, sales events, and special offers.Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert browsing customers into buyers by highlighting product benefits and offering tailored recommendations.Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism.Systematically gather customer feedback and suggestions to improve service quality and store offerings.Qualification:Candidate should be minimum graduatePrevious experience in retail or customer service, especially in roles involving direct customer interaction and feedback handlingStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and good-natured.Proven skills in engaging customers and driving sales conversions.A proactive and problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
