Ecommerce Manager

NASKSOFT is looking for an eCommerce Amazon/eBay officer to develop, implement, track and optimize our Amazon/eBay across all digital channels.ResponsibilitiesHandle Performance notifications and create action plans.Analyze market pricing to assist interpretation of reports and publish recommendations for action plans.Track the pricing of existing products through Keepa Analysis.Execute daily, weekly, and monthly targets.Drive growth and profitability of our brands.Influence product design, content, and attributes.Manage the end-to-end process of product sales and promotion.Monitor Amazon account health and metrics, proactively alerting the team to issues.Manage inventory levels in both seller central and our internal ERP.Manage product listings to increase rankings and improve customer engagement.Configure products on internal ERP systems.Improve brand performance by optimizing reviews, SEO, and pricing.Stay up to date with best practices for Amazon sellers.Conduct keyword searches.Utilize Linnworks Inventory system.Manage product image merchandising.Conduct listing Q/A and tracking.Apply knowledge of eBay sales and marketing.List products via eBay on a day-to-day basis.Perform price checking, using hardware knowledge to adjust prices accordingly.Knowledge RequiredUnderstanding of all Amazon Accounts Operations such as inventory issues, blocked listings, and performance notifications.Ability to create Plans of Action (POA) if required.Knowledge of handling product complaints and account health management.Experience in feedback removal.Job SpecificationExperience with Amazon Seller Central Account Management.Knowledge of Amazon FBA and FBM.Strong analytical skills.Familiarity with Amazon Return policy.Experience in removing negative reviews by convincing Amazon.Competent in HTML, eBay, and photo editing.Laptop and desktop hardware knowledge.Knowledge of eBay listing methods.Experience in the clothing business.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Able to adapt to the changing needs of the business.Demonstrates accountability and ownership.Knowledge of different listing tools.Passion for technology.Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues.Enjoys working in a deadline-driven environment.Location: Information Technology and Services - Lahore, Pakistan
