Regional Manager Indirect Sales Channel South (Proactive Pipeline)Location : LahoreDescription :Grade Level: L3Location: KarachiLast date to apply: 4th October 2024Position Overview:The Regional Manager for B2B Conventional Indirect Sales Channel is responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities within a designated region through indirect sales channels. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with partners to achieve sales targets and expand market share.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve growth objectives in the B2B conventional indirect sales channel.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and manage existing relationships to drive sales performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with indirect sales partners, including distributors, resellers, and agents.Monitor and assess the performance of indirect sales channels, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management of both internal employees and partners.Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and regular feedback of partners.Market Analysis and Reporting:Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives to senior management.Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales activities and channel performance.Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps and drive results.Customer Relationship Management:Engage with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product management, channel planning, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations and successful outcomes.RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in B2B sales management, preferably within the conventional indirect sales channel.Strong understanding of sales strategies, channel management, and market dynamics.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and drive results.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred Skills:Experience in B2B Sales Management & Tech industry or a related field.Familiarity with B2B Products & Services sales tools or methodologies.Knowledge of regional market conditions and customer preferences.Working Conditions:Travel within the designated region is required.Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate client and partner needs.
