R&D Associate Engineer (female)

Job Responsibilities:• Assist in technical and packaging projects across PI business units and third-party manufacturing sites.• Proactively support Packaging/Brand to achieve AOP and PSP goals.• Lead line trials for defining technical pack/carton size requirements and ensure compliance with PI standards.• Support R&D in troubleshooting packaging issues and conducting process capability studies.• Maintain and update specifications as per Regional/Global templates and share regularly with stakeholders.• Support MENAPAK Packaging team connections and ensure Packaging CAST compliance.Job Dimensions:• R&D operates as a key support function in a dynamic business environment.• Collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., GP, Marketing, Operations).• Flexibility to adapt to change and strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.• Coordinate effectively with Region/Global teams for digitalization initiatives.Requirements:• Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred with 1-2 years' experience• Dynamic, analytical and organized• Passionate for personal development for both technical and intellectual knowledge• Solution Oriented• Handle multiple projects at the same time• High EQ/mature• Ability to communicate well with region as well as at plant floor• Basic Statistics/Experimentation knowledge• Good computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Job Type: ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: Rs13,000.00 - Rs135,000.00 per month
