Position: Visual Merchandiser Executive
Location: DHA Phase 3, Lahore
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain in-store displays, windows, and merchandising setups to drive customer engagement and sales.
Ensure displays are visually appealing, consistent with seasonal promotions, and meet brand standards.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align merchandising strategies with promotional goals and inventory turnover.
Use sales data insights to optimize display setups and adjust as needed.
Regularly update displays based on product stock levels, upcoming promotions, and inventory flow.
Ensure stock rotation and top-selling items are positioned effectively.
Utilize store space effectively to enhance product visibility and accessibility.
Maintain a cohesive store flow, ensuring an easy-to-navigate environment for customers.
Train store staff on best practices to ensure consistency in visual merchandising.
Work closely with store managers to ensure merchandising efforts are impactful and well-executed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in visual merchandising.
A Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
Strong understanding of retail environments and customer behavior.
