Regional Store Auditor - Hamilton

This is a rare opportunity to join an established Internal Audit team that is recognised for setting high standards. Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor across your region and use your strong relationship and commercial skills to uphold best practice risk management and processes in our Farmers Stores. As a Regional Store Auditor, you will be:

• Influencing and motivating key stakeholders to achieve business standards
• Managing the delivery of audit projects against the Store Internal Audit Programme
• Providing coaching and consulting to the business to continuously improve audit results and support ad hoc initiatives
• Exposed to Support Office departments - including but not limited to Distribution, Merchandise and IT

• Identify business risks and operational efficiencies
• Embrace change and constructively challenge existing processes
• Communicate across all levels and positively impact situations
• Educate teams on the compliance standards and how they can modify practices to achieve these standards

We are looking for someone who has:

• A proven track record in providing risk and control advice to business
• A willingness to travel nationally throughout South Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions
• Ability to work autonomously and to organise and prioritise your time effectively
