Senior Technician - Facility Management

• Ensure, maintain and minor electrical repair/installation in the plant facilities.
• To ensure follow the Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
• Visual check Main Board, Sub-DB and the safety parts in good conditions.
• Assist vendor in calibration of protection relay.
• Assist vendor in Fire Fighting equipment and panel maintenances at facilities.
• Ensure SPKA system connection to BOMBA in good condition.
• Assist vendor to renew certificate and service portable fire extinguisher.
• Assist vendor in doing maintenance servicing, repairing and installation of airconds unit.
• Attend minor breakdown of air conditioning system/power supply trip.
• Ensure equipment in good and safe condition i.e dock leveller, roller shutter door.
• Visual check and ensure wall, drain, premix, warehouse flooring in good condition.
• Ensure racking system in safe condition.
• Assist vendor and coordinate on new project/repair works.
• Assist operation manager on facilities issue, breakdown and projects.
• Assist vendor on Pest Control for internal and external building.
• Ensure domestic water and hydrant pipe in good condition – report if any leakage.

What are we looking for

• 1 – 2 years of hands-on working experience 
• Qualification : Certification from SKM or IKM is sufficient
• Proficient in Malay and English
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
• Soft-spoken and humble in nature
• Experience in Chiller System or Building Management System is an advantage
