Cinema Crew Part Time (Sunway Carnival Mall)
Job Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to the customers.
- Attend to inquiries or feedback from the customers.
- Adhere to the Company Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure hygiene of the Cinema premises & equipment.
- Handle point of sales system.
- Regular hall checking to ensure movie pictures/sound/subtitles are clear.
- Secondary school level and above.
- Passionate about the entertainment industry.
- Service-oriented & able to multi-task.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Able to perform rotating shifts including public holidays, weekends, and beyond midnight (late shift up to 4am).
