Company Description Liquor Vault is Goa’s largest liquor store located in Pune, offering an expansive selection of premium spirits, including whiskeys, gins, vodkas, rums, brandies, tequilas, liqueurs, wines, beers, and ready-to-drink options. The store also provides a variety of snacks and miniatures to complement the drink choices, catering to a diverse clientele seeking both rare bottles and favorite beverages. Role Description We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the financial health of the organization, ensure compliance, and support decision-making processes. This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Liquor Vault in Porvorim North Goa. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building customer relationships, promoting products, handling inquiries, managing sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: B.Com, CA Article ship, CA-Inter Location: Porvorim, North Goa Only Male candidates will be preferred Roles & Responsibilities:
- Bank Reconciliation Statements: Regularly compare and reconcile the company’s financial records with bank statements to maintain accuracy and transparency.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely adherence to all government regulations, including tax payments and legal requirements, safeguarding the organization’s compliance.
- Monthly Stock Statements: Prepare comprehensive monthly inventory reports to monitor stock levels and support effective business planning.
- Management Information System (MIS) Reporting: Generate detailed reports on sales, expenses, and profits, providing valuable insights to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Finalization of Accounts: Independently manage and finalize the unit’s accounts, maintaining accurate and compliant financial records.
- Tax Compliance Support: Provide timely and precise GST, VAT, and TDS data to auditors, ensuring seamless audits and compliance with tax regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends
- Proficient in Tally ERP 9
- Knowledge of liquor products and the industry
