A well-established and rapidly growing main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team for a residential housing project in Roscrea, Tipperary. This is a key role for an individual with proven experience in managing residential construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential housing project. Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all quality and safety standards. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Manage project budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Lead, motivate, and develop the project team to achieve optimal performance. Required Experience & Skills: Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager on residential housing projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets. A degree or qualification in construction management or a related field is preferred. A valid drivers license and the ability to travel to the site regularly. Benefits: Competitive salary of €70,000 - €80,000 per annum. Company pension scheme.
