Healthcare Setting Good career growth and personal development Competitive remuneration package As a Senior Executive (Quality & Innovation), you will be responsible for the following duties: Promote quality programme such as identifying, coordinating and participating on quality and patient safety training needs, standards development, design and implementation of audit tools and risk management activities. Monitor healthcare trends. Keep up-to-date of regulatory agency requirements. Ensure service excellence programmes are compliant with clinical quality standards. Initiate continuous service improvements. Manage the incidences, customer feedback / complaints. Maintain statistics on Quality Indicators eg Productivity, Episodes & Unique Beneficiary data, Customer Service Survey Data. Assist to develop, implement and review policies and procedures. Maintain proper documentation of all policies and procedures. Maintain external correspondences with all relevant authorities and ensure all correspondences are tracked. Submit all service excellence / external awards timely. Any tasks assigned by management / supervisor. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in relevant discipline. At least 3 to 5 years of quality management experience. Preferably with healthcare experience. Experience in root cause analysis and failure modes effect analysis.
