What You'll Do Conduct assurance reviews to assess project readiness at key milestones. Update and refine governance frameworks to align with best practices. Monitor project team performance and address trends for improvement. Facilitate workshops to ensure consistent framework application across teams. Collaborate with business units to coordinate timely reviews and adherence to governance standards. What You'll Bring Proven experience in delivering large capital projects (£40M+), ideally in utilities, oil/gas, or process industries. Expertise in at least one project discipline: Development, Delivery, Project Management, Procurement, or Commercial Management. Strong analytical skills with knowledge of financial metrics and economic modelling. Confident leadership and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines. Team-oriented mindset and flexibility to support broader business goals.
