Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary consideration business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
Distribution Center Management GCF: Knowledge of distribution processes, issues and considerations; ability to effectively manage the receipt, storage and distribution of inventory to stores and/or customer.
Performance Management and Continuous Improvement: Deploy Performance Management and Continuous Improvement range of business skills critical to ensure effective operation of the supply chain.
Retail Supply Chain Management: Mastery in orchestrating retail supply chain operations across the entire logistical spectrum.
Stakeholder Management: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with business stakeholders and peers.
Supply Chain Management Applications: Knowledge of and ability to design, develop and implement a whole range of application tools or modules used in Supply Chain Management (SCM).
