As part of our creative team, we're looking for a mid-level UI/UX designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling stories through their designs, utilizing platforms like Wix, Webflow, and others.The RoleCreate engaging, user-friendly interfaces and experiences across websites and apps.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.Use platforms like Wix, Webflow, and other no-code tools to rapidly prototype and deliver functional web designs.Tell stories through design: ensuring the user experience reflects the brand's narrative and vision.Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve existing interfaces.Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.Present design solutions and rationale to internal and external stakeholders.Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.Expertise in storytelling through visual design, ensuring that each user journey is meaningful and aligned with brand identity.Proficient in no-code design platforms like Wix, Webflow, and similar.Proficient with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles.Ability to balance creative design with functional user experience.Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or similar role.Portfolio showcasing design work with a focus on storytelling, websites, and/or apps.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.Behance portfolio is a must.You will usually work normal office hours, 9am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. However, you may work longer hours, including evenings and weekends, if working to a campaign deadline.
