Seeking a curious designer to enhance Lunara's digital financial product, collaborating with executives to create a user-friendly, comprehensive payment solution.We are seeking a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity to make Digital Design better and create the overall user experience for a digital financial product solving all financial and end-user needs. You'll partner with our CMO, CBO, and CEO to create the future of digital payments. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of Lunara.We're looking for someone on the team who will help create a product that is very simple to use, fulfills user requirements, and is based on the progressive disclosure principle to solve various challenges and act as the one-stop shop for all payment-related functions.ResponsibilitiesOverseeing all design and innovation aspects of the company's products and services, ensuring modern, simple, and elegant designs for web and mobile applications.Work directly with CEO and CMO.Manage a team of designers, providing regular feedback on UX/UI and supporting their needs.Transforming the user experience, the organization, and the design team.Guide visual goals and branding for financial products.Partner closely with marketing to communicate brand value.Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results.Present your roadmap at company-wide check-ins.Identify end-user needs and behavior through research, including observation, interviews, surveys, analytics, and user testing.Lead teams to create and deliver high-quality digital experiences and artifacts (e.g., user-experience patterns, wireframes, screens, prototypes, and design systems).Qualifications4+ years of experience as a creator.Attention to detail while aiming for the larger vision.Proven record of shipping features on time and on budget.Creative and flexible in designing and guiding teams on the vision.Organized and self-driven.Highly experienced in Figma, Framer, Adobe Illustrator, or any visual designing software.Include this role's title in your subject line (it'll help us sort through the emails).Send along links that showcase the relevant things you've built and done (Personal Website, LinkedIn, Read.cv, Twitter).Please attach a portfolio along with your resume to better understand your experiences and projects.Show me any of your favorite website/product design inspirations!
