Job DescriptionSales & Business Development Engineer (Fire Fighting/Protection system)ResponsibilitiesSales and Negotiation:• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.• Close sales deals and achieve assigned sales targets.• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the implementation and delivery of solutions.Business Development:• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's market presence and revenue streams.• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and services.• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.• Provide input and recommendations for product development, marketing strategies, and business expansion.Sales Reporting and Analysis:• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.• Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.Job SpecificationIdentify and Capture Sales Opportunities:• Prospect, research, and identify potential clients and market segments.• Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.• Develop sales strategies and plans to target new business opportunities.• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and qualification.Customer Relationship Management:• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.• Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet their needs.• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and effective manner.Job Rewards and BenefitsLeaves
