Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive the sales of our design services and ebooks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital products. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell design services and ebooks.Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels including social media, email marketing, networking events, and other online platforms.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our design services and ebook offerings to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure sales and maximize profitability.Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities.Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, detailing progress towards sales targets and any challenges faced.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and materials that support sales efforts.Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in digital products or design services.Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent negotiation and closing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools.Good understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce platforms.Attributes:Self-motivated and goal-oriented.Creative problem solver.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.What We Offer:Competitive salary with attractive commission structure.Flexible working environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Access to a wide range of digital resources and tools.Collaborative and supportive team culture.Shift Timings: Night 9pm to 6am
