Director General Procurement (Age Limit: 55 yrs)

Director General Procurement ( Contractual ) Minimum 20 years' of relevant experience in procurement management role at senior level.Ability to undertake large-scale, diversified and technology oriented procurement assignments.Well conversant with PPRA Rules and effective application in practice.Proven experience of contract drafting, negotiation and vendor management, especially in Government and Semi-Government Departments.In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends and regulatory frameworks.Familiarity with technology related procurement.Knowledge of World Bank and international organizations procurement guidelines.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Educational Background16 years education in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent from HEC Recognized University.Job Location: Islamabad.Terms & ConditionsSelected candidate will be hired initially for contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.5 years' relaxation in age is already included in above age limit.Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.No TA/DA will be admissible.Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of interview.
