Good understanding of EN codes and standards for elevator and escalators Project planning and resource planning through MS project professional and Primavera. Good understanding of Contract / commercial Good understanding of Financials Good understanding of installation methodology MS office and SAP System. Schindler Product knowledge Subcontractor Management Desired completed university education in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering Desired Organization and Planning skills, elevator and escalator industry knowledge -product, field-, safety procedures knowledge, Schindler Finance knowledge, IT skills. Schindler Leadership Framework behaviors required. Desired experience in installations and leading teams in elevator and escalator or construction industries for at least three years.
