Objective: A leading European multidiscipline contractor, established in the GCC for over more than a decade, requires Shift Managers for the maintenance of the world's largest free-standing Aircraft Hanger at the new Hamad International Airport, Doha (Qatar).Main Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the whole 'hard' maintenance of the aircraft hanger, supervising over 120 engineers and technicians, and maintaining a 'five-star' service in line with the Aircraft companies.Reporting to: Maintenance ManagerSubordinates: 120 Engineers and Technicians.Number Required: 6Duration: PermanentDesired Start Date: 15th February 2014Working Hours: 8 Hours, Rotating shifts.University Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.Nature and Length of Previous Experience: 8 years experience in a similar role.Specialist Knowledge: Previous maintenance of Aircraft Hanger is greatly preferred.Service Background: (not necessarily construction).Language Fluency: Strong grasp of the spoken and written English. Current Location: Anywhere (GCC preferred).
