Contracts Manager - South Dublin

Role: Contracts Manager Location: Dublin South Company: Progressive Tier 2 contractor Remuneration: k + package The Contracts Manager is preferably an experienced person working with solid Top 50 Main Contractors in the UK or Ireland with a minimum of 15 years experience. You will have a hands on approach and able to manage multiple projects (circa 3 No.) and will be reporting to the Construction Director. You will also be expected to get involved in the pre-construction and tendering process and work closely with all other departments within the company. For the right person they will offer a very good remuneration package and excellent opportunities for career growth. This year the company will turnover in excess of €300M with the UK accounting for €100M and the type of projects they are currently working on are in the Hotel, Retirement Village, Commercial and Residential sectors.
