Bring your expertise to a dynamic teamcontribute to cuttingedge cardiac care and make a lasting impact onpatient wellbeing.MAIN DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIESJob Duties andResponsibilities: As Most Responsible Physician ( MRP) ofpatients admitted under his/her name ensure optimal care of thosepatients Undertake outpatient inpatient and operatingduties with punctuality and in professional mannerCooperate with other consultants (link removed) Section Heads andChairman in Day to day department affairs including morbidity/mortality and quality improvement activities Ensure thatall middle grade and junior staff in the team carry out theirduties appropriately. Teaches and guides them in all aspects ofsurgical care. Responsible for timely completion ofmedical records and also the quality of the recordsUndertake duties as assigned by section head and chairmanPartakes in committee duties as requested or nominated representingsection head when requested Organizes academic andteaching activities as necessary Responsible forAssociate and Assistant Consultants Staff Surgeons Residents andinterns on the team. Liaises with other consultants andsenior staff as indicated Perform other job relatedduties
