- Negotiate and close sales contracts for the supply of hog carcasses and meat products.
- Oversee the sales process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products according to customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations to analyze market performance and sales results.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and marketing, to ensure alignment and support for the forward integration strategy.
