Employer Description A well-established and reputable law firm located in Johannesburg Northern Suburbs (Parktown North).

Duties & Responsibilities

Our Client seeks a diligent and experienced Banking Law attorney to commence work urgently:

• The candidate must be able to manage a team of three support staff and must have experience with VAF recoveries.
• Knowledge and expertise in the National Credit Act, and legal recoveries court processes, especially court online and case lines for the JHB Court and Pretoria.
• Must have a great understanding and adherence to the Banks SLA requirements especially for SBSA.
• The candidate must be able to draft own papers in accordance with the Banks templates and have an eye for details.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications LLB Degree. Admitted Attorney. Skills The candidate must have at least 3-6 years post admission and must have a strong knowledge of and experience in Banking Law and VAF Recoveries.
