Add expected salary to your profile for insights About the role We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Administration Officer to join our team at Biolitec (M) Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial accounting and reporting requirements, as well as providing comprehensive administrative support. What you'll be doing
- Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring timely payments to suppliers
- Generating financial reports and statements in a timely manner
- Providing administrative support, such as managing correspondence, filing, and data entry
- Liaising with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial and accounting regulations
- Relevant qualification in Accounting or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Financial Accounting & Reporting industry
- Strong proficiency in financial accounting and reporting, with a thorough understanding of financial principles and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Competent in the use of accounting software, such as Microsoft Axapta Accounting Software or equivalent
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
