Part-time IT Support

工作職責 Responsibilities:
• Handle and resolve users' inquiries
• Install software to laptops, tablets and mobile devices and have them ready for use during the event (Relevant software and hardware will be provided)
• Provide technical support services such as packing and unpacking IT equipment, testing and troubleshooting
• Perform other event support duties assigned
Requirements:
• Proficient in IT technical support and troubleshooting, especially with iPad
• Good command of spoken Chinese and English
• Good customer service skills
• Able to work punctually, independently and reliably

***Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred. Expected Salary in CV is needed for consideration***
