Leading IT&T services company in Hong Kong Job Description • Plan, develop and review business process strategies, including but not limited to frontend & online system development and implementation to improve the overall productivity, operation efficiency & control, customer journey etc. • Work with different functional teams / internal parties on process flow and system design in meeting designated technical, market and other related requirements (e.g. operating procedures, user manuals etc.)• Manage and monitor the execution progress of project plan, and coordinate with internal and external parties to provide support during implementation of the initiatives • Provide qualitative and/or quantitative analysis on the effectiveness of the initiatives, consolidate and prepare management reports with recommendations to facilitate the Management’s review and decision making • Lead and manage a team with proper leadership and coaching skills to drive for greater team effectiveness and higher staff capabilities Job Requirements • University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Statistics, Operation Management or other related disciplines • A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in telecommunications industry with IT knowledge and background, of which at least 3 years at managerial level • Solid experience in project management and procedures control would be an advantage • Customer and result-oriented, energetic and well-organized person with strong interpersonal and communication skills • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and balance priorities with good time management • Strong numerical and analytical ability to identify key issues and solutions systematically • Proficiency in MS office applications • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)#J-18808-Ljbffr
