Industrial Relations Expert (Jan 2025 Intake)
Industrial Relations & Employment Law (Legal) Full time This is an exciting opportunity to join TDCX Malaysia as an Industrial Relations Expert. In this full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on all industrial relations and employment law matters to the company. What is your mission?- Responsible for all industrial/employee relations activities which include investigations and disciplinary matters with internal management and legal employment activities.
- Provide advice and support to business units on managing staff disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance to company’s policies and procedures as well as local labour law.
- Support in the execution of HR practices and procedures.
- Deliver trainings to management team as needed to update on changes to processes and education to newly promoted/hired management team.
- Assist the Manager to develop materials for IR Knowledge Sharing & Training and to assist in conducting these sessions.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management within your category of employment for effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, or Business Studies.
- Preferably a minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive team attitude.
- Ability to work under a very tight timeline and competing priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high level of integrity.
- Positive attitude on taking on challenges and issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
