About the Role
In this fitness job , you'll be responsible for managing the sales strategy and ensuring seamless operations. As a Sales and Operations Manager, you’ll execute strategies to achieve revenue targets, retain clients, and maintain the gym’s high standards. This fitness job is ideal for a sales-driven professional who thrives in a client-centered environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and manage sales strategies focused on lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving monthly revenue goals.
- Client Consultations: Conduct consultations to understand client goals and present our services as the best solution.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee lead pipelines, ensuring consistent follow-up and high conversion rates.
- KPI Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize performance.

What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Expertise: 3+ years of experience in a fitness job or sales role, ideally in a service-oriented field, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
- Client Relationship Skills: Skilled in building and nurturing client relationships with a focus on long-term retention.
- Operational Competence: Strong understanding of day-to-day gym operations.
