Manager, Account & Tax

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
2. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
3. Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
4. Manage the company's tax compliance and reporting obligations.
5. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
6. Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
7. Provide support during internal and external audits.
8. Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.
9. Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting or tax management.
3. CPA qualification is preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
5. Experience in financial statement preparation and reporting.
6. Attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
