Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- HYBRID SETUP
Technical and Complementary Skills: Essential Skills:
- Experience with eCommerce system configuration
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with quality testing of system configurations
- Basic web development skills (HTML, CSS)
- Exposure to Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Logical thinking and a problem-solving mindset
- High attention to detail
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges effectively
- Experience collaborating with agile product development teams
- Working experience in multi-cultural environments across different time zones and countries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business English
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (experience with CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager is a plus)
- Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively
