We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Content Marketing Specialist to lead our content initiatives and drive brand growth across the APAC region. This role will oversee end-to-end management of English and Chinese marketing channels, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Website, RED, and WeChat. The ideal candidate will establish a strong brand image, amplify our presence in target markets, and support lead generation efforts through strategic content creation and collaboration with the BD team to optimize the conversion funnel. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Channel Management Create high-quality English and Chinese content, including blog posts, press releases, social media copy, and marketing collateral (e.g., presentations, brochures, and digital assets) to enhance brand image and online presence. Plan and execute content calendars for platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), RED, and WeChat, ensuring consistent and engaging posts. Monitor channel performance, refine strategies, and optimize content delivery. SEO & Advertising Analyze website traffic and SEO trends to uncover content opportunities and optimize materials for key markets using relevant tools. Manage or support paid media campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and RED ads, to increase traffic and engagement. Collaboration & Campaign Execution Partner with internal teams, external stakeholders, and designers to execute effective content strategies and campaigns. Align messaging and outreach initiatives with BD and Management teams for consistent branding. Metrics & Reporting Track and evaluate content and campaign performance, reporting on ROI, lead generation, and pipeline development. Set KPIs to assess the success of initiatives and refine future strategies. Brand Visibility Strengthen the company’s brand presence by expanding visibility and engaging with key industry decision-makers through strategic campaigns and events. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Writing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience creating omni-channel content, preferably in a B2B environment. Hands-on experience with social media platforms like LinkedIn and RED. Basic proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator is preferred. Website management experience is a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across cross-functional teams. A self-starter with strong attention to detail, able to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.
