About the role As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Zivon Tech Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's technological vision and innovation. In this full-time, permanent position based in the Central Region, you will be responsible for leading the technology strategy and overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions that support the company's growth and deliver exceptional value to our clients. What you'll be doing Develop and execute the overall technology strategy to align with the company's business objectives Oversee the design, development and deployment of innovative technology products and services Lead and manage the talented technology team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Identify, evaluate and implement new technologies, tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity Collaborate cross-functionally with other leaders to ensure technology initiatives support the company's strategic goals Analyse industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage Ensure the security, scalability and reliability of the company's technology infrastructure Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall business strategy What we're looking for Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Chief Technology Officer or in a senior technology leadership role Proven track record of driving successful technology transformations and delivering innovative solutions Exceptional technical acumen with a deep understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field, with advanced qualifications preferred What we offer At Zivon Tech, we are committed to creating an environment where our employees can thrive.
