Corporate Responsibility Director

Key Responsibilities: To develop and execute Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) initiatives and programs aligned with the Company’s mission and values. Ensuring that stakeholders are aware of the company’s sustainability practices and policies, and that everyone is helping to enforce them. Facilitating and engaging artistic workshops and classes for the public, sharing expertise and inspiring creativity. Planning and execution of internal and external community events such as organizing philanthropy events, supporting community initiatives, and organizing employee volunteer days. Build strong relationships with local communities and partner organizations to foster collaboration and create positive social impact. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve our CSR practices. Evaluate the impact of CSR activities that help the business work toward meeting its established corporate citizenship goals by providing regular reports to the board and stakeholders. Lead and mentor a team of dedicated CSR professionals. Requirements: Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices. Passion for art and creativity, with a strong artistic background. Highly experienced in facilitating workshops and classes. Strong project management and organizational skills. A deep personal commitment to corporate social awareness. Strong collaborative skills and the ability to build a community and activate others; adaptable to different cultures and business environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive and enthusiastic attitude, innovative in action. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in exhibiting artwork and receiving awards in art competitions.
