AVP, Trade Product Manager, Global Transaction Banking Group, IBG Key Responsibilities MtJ Program Manager Product Management role accountable for product P&L, with responsibility to program manage MtJ (Managing through Journeys) Performance Cells (PC) across locations and leverage digital propositions to improve customer experience and drive business transformation and outcomes. Establish MtJ Transformation roadmap, establish MtJ Value Map (levers, drivers, outcomes) and Performance Management Architecture. Assist PC Lead and Group Program Lead to orchestrate MtJ implementation, imbue MtJ way of working and drive PC strategy. Track and report systematically PC progress and outcomes, including at Transformation and Business forums. Lead scorecard KPI setting and reporting in collaboration with Group Planning, Finance and IBG MtJ Office. Coordinate with similar PCs in regional markets. Collaborate with Data Chapter to develop relevant Control Towers for end to end business visibility to run regular Business Rituals. Track, monitor and analyse key product metrics across the region, and come up with ideas and ways to continuously refine product offerings, implement and iterate flywheels. Work with relevant stakeholders to execute initiatives. Digital Commercialisation Develop & execute on product strategies. Stay ahead of technological innovations to drive the bank's digital trade strategy across the Group. Conceptualise business use cases leveraging AI/ML, GenAI and Behavioural Science to drive experimentations in improving business outcomes e.g. customer limit utilisation, leads generation or process automation and work with relevant stakeholders to implement. Drive digital adoption by enhancing our digital channels product propositions to improve the customer experience in collaboration with Trade Product and Digital Channels Managers. Define and implement clear product commercialisation plan and outcomes e.g. run customer or internal campaigns and strategise outreach communication via various channels. Identify, manage and commercialise platform partnerships to acquire new business streams, deepen existing to bank customers wallet share and improve trade product propositions. Lead engagement and amplify digital capabilities with in-country teams, Sales and Relationship Managers to propagate expertise, grow digital utilisation and revenue. Work closely with functional stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Compliance, Credit, Operations, Tech) to deliver and operationalise new digital capabilities/processes as well as proactively manage product / digital capability risks. Key Requirements The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in product, project and business management. Good understanding of trade finance and trade finance digitalisation landscape. Strong business acumen with good understanding of industry and macroeconomic developments and ability to translate it into business drivers with execution focus. Strong sense of commitment and accountability, possess a business focus mindset, and self-motivated to deliver work of the highest standard. Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; comfortable with large amounts of data, able to develop insights and drive business value. Experience working with cross-functional teams across geographies with ability to independently drive engagements and outcomes. Meticulous, positive, and tenacious individual who is comfortable in challenging the norms, open to new ideas. Comfortable with ambiguity and highly adaptable to change in a demanding fast-paced role with direct business impact.
